CHRISTMAS IS OVER, IT'S TIME TO GET REAL FAT! PLEASE PUT A PENNY(OR A COUPLE HUNDRED) INTO YOUR BILLS!
What is it about post-holiday time that gets the bill collectors back out in force? The upcoming tax season?....making yearly quotas as soon as possible?...getting back all you lost on people spending money on christmas or charity?...
Or is it just a simple meanness of corporate america after the holidays?!!
Got calls from cable company(even though $240 of the $300 bill was paid THE DAY BEFORE CHRISTMAS EVE!)...and letters from Mayo and Dentist for health-related bills....even got a letter from the Life Insurance company in the past week...but that one was expected, as the premium is due at this time of year.
I sure am getting sick of spending money right now, though....even bounced the bank balance with a late check this past friday that came in before I could bring my balance back to twelve cents with a forty dollar deposit! There you go, bank! minus thirty three dollars from your LOYAL customer who REFUSES to put any more money back in there!
Can't wait for my trip to Florida this February!
