DOCTOR VISIT COMPLETE....LOSE WEIGHT?!!....AAAAAGH!
Well, I'm going to try and do something for maybe only the second time in my life at age 34(35 next month, BTW!).....
lose weight!
It seems my acid-producing mechanism in my esophagal portion of the digestive system is getting a little pressure from all this fat storage I have built up since high school! Doesn't help to have such a lazy-type job...sitting on an announcer's chair at a computer....
Used to be 165 pounds as an 18 year old! Now up to 231!! Where does all that youthful look go when you get old, anyway?!!...
C'est La Vie!......I'm sure I'll be able to "count the calories" as they say...and get something accomplished before my trip to Florida with the folks! Hope I can get one more blog in before the 17th!
