Can't wait to finish watching!
Well, a decent week for the beginning of my holidays, I must say! Not only used some new "search for jobs on the internet" info from a daughter-in-law of my mom's friend and got some very juicy-looking hits...but found out my unemployment will likely continue with FULL benefits after quitting my job at Wal-Mart.(basically, would only be making about thirty to seventy bucks per paycheck more by keeping that job...not worth it, IMO...if I can produce results like I did this past week in job searching time!) Looks like church stuff continues in full swing, too....busy Sundays and a great christmas message series to go along with some fun holiday-time activities!(cookie bake and caroling to mention a couple!) More importantly, though...is get-togethers with church friends!
Was watching an AWESOME college basketball game last night on ESPN between top-rated Ohio State and 6th ranked North Carolina played in front of a usually packed arena at Chapel Hill. Ohio State is an amazing looking team, let me tell you! Despite all the talent they had on display last night, what really makes them intriguing is a freshman who was NOT playing due to recovery from surgery on a wrist injury....a fellow by the name of Greg Oden, who is expected to be the next Patrick Ewing, and besides Shaquille O'Neal, could be the best Big Man to come into the college ranks in the past thirty years. Too bad I had to take off to catch up with a former co-worker and friend of mine at the radio station(and do some groveling for one particular job reference)....but thanks to the miracle of DirectTV DVR, I am about to go downstairs, finish some laundry and check out the finish!
