the "ides" of March
toooe-ga! toooo-ga! toooo-ga!
Seriously....Spring will be springing any day now....so why am I becoming filled with these feelings of dread over it? Well....as far as my job goes....it could very well mean all h-e-double-hockey sticks is about to break loose...as A. More criminal mischief/travel will be happening...meaning a helluva lot more stupid news to report(drinking, drugs and such...gawd...who cares? It's everywhere! Get a clue, you "community oriented" crazies!)
B. "Spring" farm shows/home shows/fair-type stuff....will start to become more and more prevalant...
C. I'll be stuck indoors for hours on end on nice days again.....why can't a person work two different full-time jobs at different times of the year?! One outdoors for the late spring through early fall...and one indoors for the late fall through winter and early spring!
This would be a helluva lot more worth it if I had someone to share it all with! Sigh.....loneliness...
But at least today.....I got to stop by the landlord's place for an impromptu soup and sandwich supper that they threw for the residents....was very cool to meet new neighbors and see the landlords and their neighbors that I already knew from the superbowl get-together....wish I could get this camera-phone hooked up to my 'puter somehow...hmmmmm...something was mentioned about internet on the phone...I wonder....
